Quality & Safety Reporting
At 254Staffing, we request our clients to contact our office in the event there are concerns about the quality and safety of the patient care provided by our healthcare providers. We require for our clients to report any unexpected patient incidents related to the care, treatment, and services provided such as clinical errors, safety hazards, injuries and healthcare provider risks. In the event there are concerns about the quality and safety of patient care with our healthcare providers, you may contact The Joint Commission at 630-792-5800 to report about any incident.
Floating
In the event that our nurses be reassigned or “floated” to another unit, please be informed to staff our nurses only to areas of practice within their clinical competence. We also require for the hospital to contact us for any changes in assignment.
